We have a number of services which are aimed at children aged 13 or under, however, no information on these individuals are stored intentionally from this website.

All questions, queries and feedback sent to us via the website are emailed directly to us, and us such stored in a password protected email account provided by Microsoft.

To the best of our ability, we make sure that any third parties that we deal with keep all personal data they process on our behalf secure.

CCTV

Team Hanson may use CCTV/surveillance imagery for a number of purposes including but not limited to the following:

  • To maintain the safety and security of the gym for our members and the prevention of crime
  • To monitor flows and demand throughout the gym to optimise resourcing and experience
  • To support the effective management of the gym and any incidents
  • For investigative purposes or as evidence to support formal follow-up incidents 
Imagery is retained in a secure environment and is only accessible by authorised personnel.

Your Rights

  • That anything inaccurate in your personal data is corrected immediately
