The ABC’s – Agility, Balance & Coordination
At Team Hanson, we build strong foundations for every child by focusing on the ABC’s of movement. These essential skills not only prepare children for martial arts, but also benefit them in school, sports, and everyday life.
Agility – Kids learn to move quickly and smoothly, changing direction with speed and control. This improves reaction time, body awareness, and overall fitness.
Balance – We teach children how to stay steady and centred, whether standing, moving, or kicking. Good balance gives them confidence and prevents falls or injuries.
Coordination – Mini Team sessions improve hand-eye and foot-eye coordination through fun games and martial arts drills. This helps kids perform techniques with control and accuracy.
By mastering the ABC’s in a fun and supportive environment, children develop the physical skills they need to grow into confident martial artists — and confident young people.
