A: Not at all. Most of our members joined as complete beginners. Our classes are designed to help you build skills and confidence step by step.
A: Just comfortable sportswear, a water bottle, and plenty of energy! If you already have gloves or shin pads, bring them along, but don’t worry if not — we can lend equipment for your first session.
A: Prices vary depending on the program and how often you train. Prices start from £39 per month but we also offer sibling and uni student discounts!
A: Yes! We offer free trial sessions so you can experience our training and atmosphere before committing.
